Age of admittance
Children from the age of 3 months to 5 years will be admitted. Parents of children who need them must supply nappies and prepared bottled milk feeds. These feeds should be made that morning according to the instructions on the packaging.

Hours of Opening
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
All children must be collected from the Nursery by 6pm.
Not only has your child had a long day, but also staff are entitled to finish their day on time. Whilst we appreciate that delays can be unavoidable, to cover our costs caring for children when parents are late, we reserve the right to charge £10.00 for every 15 minutes, or part 15 minutes. At 6.30pm, the charge rises to £15.00 for every 15 minutes.
Late collection charges must be paid on the day to the members of staff who stayed late.

No Smoking
There is a policy of no smoking anywhere on the Nursery premises.

Absences
It is important that the Nursery be notified if your child is to be absent, this can be done by telephoning the Nursery.

Illness
If your child is ill, we ask that you do not bring him/her to Nursery. Please inform us if your child has an infectious illness such as chickenpox so that we may warn other parents. Please keep your child home for 24 hours following a bout of sickness or diarrhoea, or when commencing antibiotics. The Nursery Health Policy is displayed on the parents' notice board.

Collection
Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the staff. Parents
MUST inform the Officer in Charge immediately they are unable to collect their child. The appointed person will then be required to provide personal identification and a password.
